Over 100 people from Pasco, Polk, and Lake Counties attended the May 24, Agenda Conference. After hearing from many customers about the many issues with getting an accurate bill from Aqua. The lack of prompt boil water notices, and effluent leaking from the Palm TerraceĀ  treatment plant into Pasco County’s storm water system, and long delays by Aqua on responding to field calls the Florida PSC has ordered the continuation of a program orderd by the commission after the 2009 rate increase

Representatives from Yes Communities headquartered in Denver and their attorney also presented many service and billing issues related specifically to Arrendondo Farms and Arrendondo Estates communities which Yes owns and operates.
