I am very unhappy (bordering on "depressed") with Aqua's water quality and rates. PSC comments and actions imply that they pay little (if any) attention to customer's E-mailed complaints or oral/written testimony. What else can I (we customers) do to help convince the PSC to more fairly consider the rate-payers point of view???
Try copying your state senator/representative/county commissioner on all your PSC communications.

A good many of customer complaints mention that when compared to locally owned water utilities, Aqua Florida water quality is lower, rates are much higher, and customer service is substandard.

The Public Services Commission must review all water/waste-water rate increases periodically requested (historically biannually) by Aqua Florida. The PSC then schedules rate-case hearings in Tallahassee, Fla. and in selected customer service areas before approving all or part of the increase requested.
