A Lake County woman’s water bill suddenly rose by hundreds of dollars.  She normally pays about $100 per month, but in November her bill was more than $400.

According to her bill, she used more than 40,000 gallons of water while she was in the hospital, more than double the amount of her previous bills. Glasscock called Aqua Utilities and said they were not cooperative.
